RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for return:
- Product returned more than 15 days from date of purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
- Product must be sent back in original packaging, including refrozen cold packs to prevent melting.
- Product must be unopened with original shrink wrap and quantities intact.
- Products that are damaged, opened, partially consumed, repackaged, melted, or have had water added (this applies to Xocai Activ) will not be accepted and WILL NOT be refunded, either partially or in full.
- Product must be returned via 2nd Day UPS, 2nd Day USPS or 2nd Day FedEx and include a tracking number.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Buyer pays a 10% restocking fee.
